JR Vinagro is looking for a full time Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team in Johnston, RI.
The Accounts Payable Supervisor will lead a team of dedicated professionals on a transformation journey towards optimizing the AP process as it relates to ongoing operations and the integration of newly adopted procedures.

Key Responsibilities &
Qualifications:
Responsible for coordinating an efficient accounts payable cycle through interactions with internal purchasing and with external vendors.
Hands-on and energetic leader with a strong and diverse background in Accounts Payable;Values accuracy, attention to detail, and self-motivation to be accountable to deliverables and deadlines;Ability to motivate teammates in an atmosphere of positive and constructive communication that facilitates the team's engagement in daily tasks and continuous improvement activities.
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
Provide recommendations to improve systems and procedures and suggest corrective actions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting, preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable as a supervisor or manager, in the construction industry a plus.
Experience using and maintaining financial systems/applications a must.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow-through on all areas of responsibility.
