8 5, Mon Fri Escalating break-fix issues to printer for resolution, Proactively monitor Managed Output Devices, Continually monitoring existing service levels Performing end user training, Assisting with the relocation of Managed Output Devices, Consumable management Manage local Consumables storage, Continually monitoring existing service levels Install consumable cartridges in Managed Output Devices, Facilitate the LCCP box shipments back to company, Management of company internal support processes as required. Ability to develop and strengthen relationship with Customer Assumes other special activities, responsibilities, and special projects as agreed upon Work closely with Operations and Project Team s during implementation and deployment of print technology and support services, including inventory collection and management, MADC tracking, and consumables management while monitoring adherence to all SLA s With Customer Operation Manager, create Implementation Procedures Manual and Escalation Process Procedures EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND:
