We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency, and Customer service.
Duties:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events - Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls - Oversee front desk operations and ensure a professional and welcoming environment - Assist with payroll processing and basic budgeting tasks - Plan and organize office events or activities - Support human resources functions as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a related role - Proficiency in vendor management, calendar management, and phone etiquette - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Knowledge of front desk procedures and general office operations - Ability to handle basic payroll tasks and assist with budgeting - Experience in automotive is a plus - Familiarity with clerical duties - Genuine friendly Customer Service This position offers the opportunity to work in a friendly A/C, non-smoking office environment where you can contribute to the overall success of the organization.
