Design and document creative training solutions that specify instructional strategies, potential accelerated learning techniques, media selection and program structure/sequence
Design and develop storyboards for technology-based training programs and working through all phases of development through implementation
Develop traing materials including participant guides, leader guides, job aids, and other resources that effectively support participants'' achievement of the instructional objectives.
Determine evaluation strategies that measure participant acquisition of knowledge and skills, as well as develop assessment questions/instruments
Conduct sessions with instructions to try out modules
Provide consulting for bsuiness user requests;, i.e., program delivery assistance with review of training objectives, presentations and coordination with administrative personnel to ensure materials are printed on a timely basis.
Bachelor''s degree or equipvalent exeprience
Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
Creative course design/development skills
Graphic Design background a plus
Effective customer service skills
Writing and editing skills
Knowledge of adult learning principles and various methodologies for learning
Ability to achieve effective results on a timely basis
Strong computer skills (MS Office products)
Preferred Tools: Captivate and/or Lectora, InDesign

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
