This role sits on the Business & Data Architecture and Financial Systems Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for project managing the processes associated with delivering financial solutions utilzing packaged technologies. Specifically, the candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, testing and implementation components of the systems lifecycle and providing guidance in the collection, evaluation, understanding, and communication of business requirements involved in the development of new business solutions or modification of existing solutions, specifically focused on the finance business.
Assume the responsibility of project manager for financial solutions where the scope is broad and at a significant level of complexity. These projects can be new initiatives or modifications to existing business process and applications. They are often centered around the implememation of packaged solutions.
Make recommendations and influence outcome regarding necessary changes on deliverables expected from other groups.
Conducts all project management tasks to ensure schedule, cost, and quality goals are achieved. includes detailed project management plans, schedules, status reports, roles & responsibilities list, risks, issues, monthly budget forecasts, and project documentation.
Reports on the status, issues, key activities and any changes to the overall project. Identifies and communicates resource conflicts.
Provides presentations on project updates, project cycle, and expected results.
Initiate and lead work with other development groups to ensure an integrated business solution.
Have the ability to work on multiple efforts at the same time.
This position may also participate in financially oriented requirements definition, testing, training, implementation, and support.
A Bachelor''s degree is required, with an MBA preferred
Eight plus years of experience as a project manager, 3+ years of hands-on SAP experience.
Experience with managing projects of significant scope and complexity with project teams consisting of several cross functional individuals; experience should include planning from blueprinting through go live support
Experience in managing projects that involve the implementation of packaged solutions, specifically SAP Insurance or Financial systems (SAP ECC, Special Purpose Ledger, Collections and Disbursements, Business Warehouse, and Business Objects)
Managed at least 5 full life cycle implementations (end-to-end), of which 2 or more were SAP implementations
Proven ability to work in technical environments that use tools involved in estimation and project planning, as well as issue tracking, documentation and presentation.
Proven ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
Excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication and organizational skills;
Proven ability to provide direction to others and influence decisions made.
Proven ability to negotiate with stakeholders in order to move initiatives forward
Sufficient technical background to understand the technologies and techical issues involved with SAP projects and to anticipate, identify, and manage resolutions of critical obstacles.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
