In this role, you''ll be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and increasing functionality of both our employee enterprise-wide learning management system as well as our client learning management systems. Combined, these systems affect over 100,000
users. Our client learning management system is a key differentiator for FM Global and requires constant attention and keen attention to details to ensure its meeting the needs of our broad client base. Our employee learning management system is the backbone of all learning at FM Global and affects every employee worldwide. As we move into the space of mobile learning, you''ll help to set the direction. You''ll also manage a team of learning technologists who make sure our technology meets business needs.

years LMS experience within a corporate learning environment.
Experience managing a learning management system (LMS) required. Experience implementing an LMS is preferred.
Ability to think strategically and develop an overall learning technology strategic plan.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to recognize and understand business learning issues and requirements and how to use technology to meet those requirements.
Experience managing a team preferred.
LCMS experience helpful.
Bachelor''s degree required.
