As a member of the Staff Processing team you will be responsible for producing invoices and binding details in support of worldwide insurance programs.
In this role, you will be responsible the data entry of reinsurance data and preparing documentation confirming the company's reinsurance of our World Reach partners for invoices and policy documentation. Other duties involve having an organized approach to a high volume results oriented office environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent with some college. Candidates must have a minimum of two (2) years of progressive experience working in a corporate or business environment.
Successful candidates will possess:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Effective problem solving, decision making and strong customer service skills
Proficiency in MS Office and internet usage as well as demonstrated knowledge of Excel using pivot tables and calculations
Solid math aptitude
Strong desire to learn and follow policies, procedures and processes
Strong interpersonal skills and analytical skills
Fluency in French and/or other languages
Attention to details and accuracy
Organizational and cultural insight
