As a member of the Staff Processing team you will be responsible for the tracking and distribution of the insurance orders and policy documentation received from the various operations offices on a daily basis.
In this role, you will be responsible the maintenance of a global tracking system, providing a variety tasks to provide seamless support services in maintaining an efficient and accurate filing system. Other duties include an organized approach to a high volume result oriented office environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent. You will have a minimum of 1 year progressive experience working in a corporate or office environment.
You must have excellent communication and teamwork skills. Effective problem solving, decision making and strong customer service skills are key.
Solid verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office and internet usage as well as demonstrated knowledge of Excel using pivot tables and calculations
Solid math aptitude

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
