Utilize the current scheduling, monitoring and reporting tools to provide day to day support of the various computer systems and peripherals at FM Global. This includes the scheduling of all production jobs and the monitoring of all production processes and backups that run on the various systems. The primary working hours for the this position is second shift (3:30 am - 11:30 pm Monday through Friday).
Job responsibilities also include rotational on-call coverage and occasional overtime/weekend work.
Expertise in job scheduling tools such as CA7 and OM8 is required. Strong knowledge of data center environmental monitoring systems (i.e. APC''s StruxureWare Central), and tape backup systems (i.e. NetWorker). Working knowledge of data center infrastructure management systems (i.e. Aperture''s VISTA 500e) and Visual Basic scripting is a plus. Experience with hardware installation and removal is expected as well.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
