This role is part of our Human Resources, International Benefits Team and is responsible for providing administrative support and service to our Global Mobility and Immigration team.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinate mobility processes, including capturing, entering and maintaining data, prepare communication, such as assignment letters and quote requests.
Prepare required documentation to facilitate the processing of international assignments, US work authorization and immigration.
Research, validate documents and data reports. Manage mobility and tracking spreadsheets.
Establish and maintain relations with vendors, national and international HR managers, assignees, payroll, and finance.
Provide global customer service, address and respond to requests and inquires in a timely manner.
Bachelor's Degree preferred or three years HR related business experience.
Strong customer service and communication skills, demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
Good problem solving and learning agility, ability to understand the big picture and not afraid to ask questions.
Ability to work independently and multi-task across the functions.
Strong data and reporting skills.
Global mindset.
Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills, internet savvy.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
