Accurately validate data within processing systems and applications; including CSS, Document Distribution, PDMS, GTS, PDS, OnBase, GBS, EVT, e-policy, and/or Certificates.
Write/update/review procedures, communicate changes, and ensure processing workflows are properly followed.
Satisfy all certified policy copy requests and assist in supporting the operations offices and corporate staff in all areas of processing, including PDMS. Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues for operations staff.
The employee will work with members of the audit and data management groups to assist with tight NatHaz deadlines, audit preparation,validations, data cleansing, some document filing and maintenance of data quality between systems.
Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Some college preferred.
Experience: Two years experience working in a business/corporate environment is preferred
Skills: detail oriented, customer/client focused, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, solid computer and internet skills (including MS Office).
Knowledge of FM Global's legacy systems, CSS or insurance preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
