FM Global has an exciting opportunity within our Client Service and Sales (CS&S) team. This position will enable worldwide growth, retention and performance for FM Global in the Healthcare, Education and Public Entities industries. Capitalizing on your extensive networks in these sectors and leveraging company resources you will develop and execute regional/country strategies with Operations and Sales to establish FM Global as the market of choice in the three sectors.
The successful candidate for this position will:
Identify trends and guide staff departments and insurance operations through changes in these industries
Be a direct resource and guide for CSTs, BDEs and Operations and Sales management teams in all operations worldwide
Nurture and pursue deep expertise in the specified business segments in our global markets
Develop relationships with prospects, clients, brokers and relevant industry organizations
Evaluate client/prospect issues and problems to offer solutions
Identify, communicate and support training for operations and sales
Collect, analyze and publish benchmarking data
Research and publish practice articles
Bachelor Degree required; graduate degree preferred. Insurance qualifications beneficial.
Minimum 10 years insurance experience preferably as a Risk Manager or broker in the Education and/or Healthcare industry
Strong understanding of underwriting and engineering principle
Familiarity with relevant industry pools and schemes and sound knowledge of FM Global's business mode
High personal profile in at least two of the global practice industries
Strong consulting skills, excellent leadership and motivational skills
Executive presence and communication skills
Organizational skills to work globally across the company and industries
Proven ability to collaborate at all levels internally and with various levels of client buying influences

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
